Planning a wedding takes a lot of time, and there are many details to consider. To make sure nothing important is overlooked, we’ve compiled a list of the most common printed materials used at weddings to help ensure that the big day goes smoothly.
Wedding Invitations
Wedding planning usually begins about a year before the big day, but things don't really become "official" until you send out "save the date" invitations or wedding invitations. The initial invitation should be sent out at least half a year before the celebration—in January for a summer wedding—so that guests can arrange their vacations well in advance. Welcome Sign
The most common items ordered from us are a welcome sign (welcome sign), which greets guests at the entrance to the reception venue on the wedding day. The welcome sign usually features the names of the bride and groom, the date, and a greeting. A wide variety of materials can be used to make welcome signs, but the most common are wood, mirror, plexiglass, and plywood. Each material has its own advantages, and we’ll help you choose the best option for you.
Table Plan
One of the most important wedding print materials is the table plan, or seating chart. The seating chart provides guests with information about which table they’ve been assigned to. Depending on your preferences and the layout of the tables, you can decide whether to assign each guest a specific seat or let them choose their own seats at the table. The seating chart is a very important factor, and we recommend that the bride and groom set aside enough time to think it through thoroughly. Seating compatible people next to each other can help create and maintain a cheerful atmosphere at the reception.
Just like with welcome signs, seating charts can be made from a wide variety of materials, and we'll help you bring even the most creative ideas to life.
Place Cards
If guests have specific seats assigned at the table, place place cardsso that everyone can easily find their seat. Place cards can be made out of paper or, for example, attached with a sticker to plexiglass, a drinking glass, a ribbon, or whatever you prefer.
Menu
If your wedding features an à la carte menu, you should also include a menu . A very common solution is to combine the menu and place card into a single unit using a ribbon, a pin, a nice paperclip, or, for example, a wax seal. We have a very wide selection of different options for this.
Menus can be designed in various shapes and in any color. This is a great way to make your wedding unique and beautiful.
Bar Menu
If your wedding also has a separate bar, it makes everyone's life easier a bar menulisting the cocktails on offer. This makes it easier for guests to order drinks, ensures the bar runs more smoothly, and helps prevent long lines from forming.
The more daring couples give their drinks funny or otherwise unique names.
Gift Box Label
The most common practice at weddings is for the bride and groom to ask guests to place their gifts in envelopes. To prevent guests from having to walk around holding envelopes in their hands for too long, it’s a good idea to set up a gift table with a box for the envelopes before the ceremony begins. To make sure guests can easily spot it, we recommend adding a sign that says “Gifts and Congratulations.”
Information Signs
If you'd like your guests to sign the guestbook the guestbook, take a photo in the photo booth, use the 360-degree camera, or participate in some other fun activity, it’s a good idea to put up explanatory signs with clear instructions on how and what to do.
